How To Become a Real Estate Agent

  • Complete the 48-hour Pre-Exam Salesperson Course.
  • Complete the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice (MREP) Course. 
  • Pass the Missouri Real Estate Licensing Exam.
  • Have your fingerprinting and background check completed. 
  • Select a broker to work with and apply for your real estate license.

License Types

Enroll in our 48-hour pre-licensing course for just $499, which prepares you for the Missouri real estate license course in person. Additionally, Main Key Realty School of Real Estate offers continuing education and post licensing courses online to further enhance your real estate career.

In-Person Courses

Our Main Key Realty School of Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing classes offer face-to-face instruction in small class sizes, allowing you to ask questions in the moment. This format creates excellent networking opportunities, especially in a local study group setting. Upon passing the course, you'll receive your certificate immediately.

Online Courses

Additionally, we offer online classes as another option for students who need to work at their own pace and on their own schedule. Once licensed, you can take advantage of our post-licensing and continued education courses, too!
