- Complete the 24-Hour Missouri Real Estate Practice (MREP) Course
- Pass the Missouri Real Estate Licensing Exam
- Have Fingerprinting and Background Check Completed

Amy has a passion for pleasing people with a relentless focus on exceeding expectations. Being a Realtor has been the greatest avenue for pursuing that passion and she says she is blessed to be a part of the Real Estate industry. Being born and raised in Missouri, Amy prides herself in serving her local & surrounding communities. She leads her business with honesty, integrity, & passion; and ensures her clients are well-informed and educated throughout every process. It is this dedication and guidance that ensures 100% satisfaction from every client Amy has the pleasure of working with. Innovative strategies, negotiation skills, and market & area knowledge are a few advantages she brings to the table with every transaction.
Outside of Real Estate, Amy takes great pride in being a mother & wife and enjoys spending time with family & friends, being highly involved with her church family, and volunteering as much as possible. She is involved with many local charities and organizations and donates a portion of every home sale to her clients' charity of choice.

Nathan was born and raised in Missouri. Specifically, Nathan grew up in Caledonia, graduated from Hillsboro High School, joined the military before pursuing a degree at Southeast Missouri State where he met his beautiful wife, Amy, settled in Jefferson County and started a family. Nathan says, "If I’m not living the American Dream, I don’t know who is."
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching football, watching his daughter participate in gymnastics and create art, serving at church, traveling, and attempting to garden.
Nathan is extremely excited about starting this new journey, getting the opportunity to help people in Jefferson County (and beyond) achieve their real estate dreams!

The Jefferson County area is a great place to live and work, which is why Krista Wind chose to call it home. With roots in Ste. Genevieve, Krista was inspired and enriched by the diverse types of architecture and history of her hometown. Krista came to Festus in 2009 after graduating with a degree in Interior Design. Real estate is a passion for Krista, and with her 13 years of experience in Interior Design it is easy to see why she is called on for her help in buying and selling homes.
Krista has been a part of the Main Key Realty family since 2020 when Main Key opened their doors, but she isn't just passionate about helping people find their next home. Krista also helps various local charity organizations and loves being part of other Ste. Genevieve and Jefferson County community events.
When Krista isn't in the office or volunteering, Krista enjoys DIY projects, various crafts and spending time with her husband and their boys.
